Dear guests!

As a measure to try and contain the Corona Virus,  the Austrian federal government has issued many regulations. One of them was the closure of all hotels and restaurants by March 16th 2020. Therefore we had to end our winter season considerably earlier than usual.

But we are looking positively into the future and we hope to start the summer season as originally planned on May 21st 2020.  We hope to create again wonderful moments for you in our breathtaking alpine scenery combined with genuine Austrian hospitality and personalized service.

For now, we have kept your already made summer bookings and we are also happily accepting new ones for the upcoming summer and winter seasons. You can reach our reservation team by phone +43-5674-8181 or e-mail office@hotelsinger.com at any time. Please note that we have implemented a special cancellation policy for this summer season:  you may alter or cancel your booking for free up to 7 days before your arrival. This is valid for all bookings in the summer season 2020.

If the situation changes we will let you know.

Look after yourselves – we hope to see you again soon in Berwang!

Yours sincerely

Relais & Châteaux in Austria – welcome to the Hotel Singer!

The Hotel Singer, our hotel in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena, is the place to be if you want to spend a holiday at a member hotel of Relais & Châteaux in Austria.

Founded in 1954, the Relais & Châteaux hotel and restaurant association now has around 580 exclusive members located in the most beautiful places in the world. Their objective? To preserve culinary richness and diversity across the globe, to promote the tradition of hospitality, to protect local heritage and the environment, and to offer a holiday of the highest quality. In Austria, Relais & Châteaux has just 12 members. This elite circle also includes our Hotel Singer, which represents Relais & Châteaux in Austria with great dignity. We, your hosts at the 4-star Hotel Singer in Tyrol, have been practising and appreciating the art of tasteful and discreet hospitality with the utmost dedication for 90 years.

Our pride and joy: the Relais & Châteaux Passion Trophy

In 2014, our hotel in Berwang, the Hotel Singer, was awarded the coveted Relais & Châteaux Passion Trophy in recognition of our passion, personal commitment, and creative vision.

“The Singers’ passion for the hotel business has been passed down from generation to generation and is ever-present, even in the smallest of details. A member of the Singer family welcomes guests of the Hotel Singer and thanks to the entire staff’s friendliness and professional attitude, the guests immediately feel at home. With its traditional, welcoming atmosphere, this hotel is the ideal place for a wonderful stay in the heart of the Tyrolean mountains, both in summer and winter. Since its establishment in 1928, the Hotel Singer has combined comfort with well-being. Following in his grandfather’s footsteps, the hotel is now brilliantly managed by Florian Singer and his wife, Christina.”– Excerpt from the Relais & Châteaux Guide 2014
